Today I will be invided by barbarians who will try to loot my candies (read: trick or treat). No one will get my sweets

 

Round about 6pm sunday is when my sensible head appears (having disappearred about 4pm Friday in disgust as the first pint goes down) and says time to stop doing this (drunken debauchery etc), go home (if not already there), kick people out (if at home), eat dinner and then try and remember where I've been and what I did, apologize if necessary to various nuts and vegetables (sorry friends). Watch the NFL and go online in case I can't get the Giants game, go onto another pc and read e-mails, visit boards etc. Round about midnight realise I should try and get some sleep in preparation for Monday...

And that Milords, Ladies, LightKnights and DarkKnights of the Spam is what Sundays are for......... maybe

Mother-in-law is a pain in the ***. Why didn't I go get my xray?

1. I don't have the cash to pay for it.
2. I have no way to get across town - 6 miles and I ain't walking. A cab or bus; see #1.
3. Hospital is closed on weekends.

Got a new phone but have a problem with it. They didn't give us the PIN or the password for it -_-

Mutti said she'll try to phone the company to try and get the password and PIN to set it up. Yay!

Doesn't feel like I've had a week off school

Mother got married on Saturday...
Stayed at grandmas while my aunt stayed too...
Dad came to visit me from Tuesday to Friday...
Mother came back from honeymoon on Wednesday...
Weekends had to do homework...

Doesn't sound bad but was rather hectic. Grandma ate half the lower tier of the wedding cake

Now have all the net stuff to catch up with and a lot of new things I want to play with!

Yes I'm childish... So what?

 

And what's wrong with being childish, I'm never growing up, I disagree with Peter I don't think it would be an awfully good adventure; all those rules and things no let's play and gambol and frolick and on and on forever

 

But I have school

My fault I suppose, deciding to stick on with A Levels.

Thing is, I *enjoy* learning and meeting my friends here. But when we get a holiday break I want to spend it just catching up on everything and losing all responsibility!

As soon as I got home from grandmas and was given the games I just wanted to settle down and play them... but no...

I was asked to do quite a few other things instead then have homework to do, tidy my room along with trying to keep everything together and sort out stuff objects and people!

I need a week off to get over the week off!

On an upside. I got a letter saying that the bank are willing to help with getting cheaper driving lessons now I'm old enough

Mutti is still reluctant. Costs and keeping death off the roads -_-

 

And I have work but soon I will be home and playing games again

 

Hmm, our office is having a potluck lunch today - we were supposed to bring in ethnic foods (i.e. from our own ethnicity) - it looks like pretty much everyone except me bought their food from the store.

I brought in a nice steak and kidney pie.

 

I'm trying to carve a pumkin today that my brother brought over on friday. Because we live in an unpredictable cold climate he picked it about 4 weeks too early and as a result it has very thick walls. Time to go downstairs and do some more diggin.
