    So can you decorticate corn?

Oh, and my cousin and I renamed the husks and hair on corn to 'smack' and 'mutch', respectively.

Saber, always remember to show corn the proper respect. It's like dealing with a wild animal. If you're not careful, corn might decorticate you. I saw it happen once, and sometimes I still wake up in cold sweat to my own scream.

*Never* underestimate corn. It has powers mere mortal man was never meant to know. :mommy:

Why don't you make an Horror movie, Susipaisti? "The Silence of the Corn"

Haha, don't worry Susi, I do respect the corn. I live on a farm that, during the late summer and early autumn months, grows corn. We have (basically) an unlimited amount of corn. I respect the corn, but I do not fear it.

Hmm, so far, I have never been shucked (decorticated) by a piece of corn...

EDIT: and BTW, the corn on my farm has been said to be the best corn ever tasted, by people from all over New England, as well as some out-of-countriers. Some people from Italy even asked if they could have some seeds to send back to Italy. Next year, I'll send you some, if you want :D

Ooh, an endless supply of corn! :yum:

And the sequel to the Silence of the Corn would be...you guessed it...CORNIBAL!

By the way, isn't the song "Disciples of the Watch" inspired by Stephen King's "Children of the Corn?"

That is correct, Susipaisti. I have never seen the movie, however.

What would the prequel be to Silence of the Corn? Red Corn? or Red Cornagon? or what?

I saw the movie about 12 years ago, and can't remember much about it. I'm not really big on Stephen King. The song is whoop-ass, though.

Whoop-ass is of course a positive thing for me. :smash: Now that didn't sound right...

    Edit: CORN DRAGON, of course.

Ahhh, I am reading Jane Eyre... so long... so boring...

I'm skipping over most of the page long descriptions of nothing, so the reading is going a little faster...

    EDIT: New page :D

    Yeah! More babbling!

And Saber, if you want to be bored to death, read one of Albert Camus' books. Never seen anything THAT boring.

Haha, no, I don't *want* to be bored to death, I just am :( . I am counting down the minutes until Family Guy is on (right now, 71 minutes). I am passing that time doing this crappy reading, and to take my mind off that, i am SPing. :D

Gah, Taluntain, pop around so I can send you my damn creation!!!

Yeah, I made a soundset to post on SP. Metal fans will like it.

*HINT* Sadly, it's not a Testament soundset. It's kind of hard to rip songs from vinyls...

How does it work? Is it the guy singing, or is it musical, or just the guy talking? And who is it? A classical metal band, like Metallica or Pantera or Slayer, or newer stuff?

Haha, thats alot of questions, but it sounds interesting, so I woud like to know more about it...

EDIT: Has anyone noticed that the average post number is up to 49 from 41 just a few weeks ago? I think its cause of all this RBP and the very slow growth of BoM.

Nah, it's actually tidbits of songs from the albums. I'm saying nothing more. You'll see when Tal pops up and posts it...

    [mock indignation]

Oh fine, don't tell me. Whatever. I don't care.

    [/mock indignation]

Hmm, in the time it took me to edit my previous post, two people wrote stuff...

Is it just the three of us here?

Ooh, Testament on good ol' vinyl. I'll throw in a wild guess and say that they probably sound quite a bit better than the muddy cd remasters.
