    Barney tapes, is it, Ara? Well, time to whip out my secret weapon...

    The Blunt of Feeblemind!

    This blunt has been rolled with an emptied cuban cigar, and reeks of a perticular breed of Weed known as M-39. When activated, the Blunt blurs the user's mind, making them immune to everything known to cause insanity such as Teletubbies, Barney, Rap, hip-hop, Celine Dion, country music among others. The user must succeed a Fortitude saving throw, or spend 1D4 rounds coughing madly. Then, a Will saving throw must be succeeded, or the user will get the munchies for 1D20 turns.

    Charges: About 950
    Weight: 14 grams (18 with the cigar shell)
    Non-Usable by: Anyone other than DotW
