I couldn't stay up any longer and wait for the new RBP. BTA really knows how to lay the guilt trip, doesn't he? :o

I tried FAI a couple times, but I guess I was in at the wrong time. No one was yakking. I find chatrooms too fast. You don't have time to think about what's going on if you want to jump in or if you did think, what you just typed isn't funny and people are giving you the boot.

Chatrooms aren't so bad, kuemp. It's always fun to bug Mystra or slap someone with a giant trout.

@ Daie; don't feel bad. My post rates are about equitable to yours.

I've got a gorgeous lump on the top of my head right now. Next time, I've got to remember that a dozen people don't fit into a five foot by eight foot space very well...

How would one say "God-King of the Realm of X" in Latin?

Don't know about Latin, but it's "Dio-Re del regno della X" in Italian. Should hopefully be something close enough in Latin.

I've just realised today that whenever it comes to CPRGs I spend as much time actually PLANNING for a game than I do playing it! As an example: I've been trying to build my new IWD2 party (with a little help from BoM members of course) all weekend, I'm still tweaking it, and I'll probably go through the game over next weekend!

Am I the only one who's so obsessed with my party being EXACTLY the way I want it to be? (which obviously isn't always the best way it could be)

I do it, too. It gets easier the more often you play the game.

Finished off the eggnog minutes ago. :yum: I was planning on making more cookies, but the in-laws have co-opted all the big mixing bowls. Try mixing dough for chocolate chip cookies in a bowl the size of a human skull. :grr:

Me too, I usually get to the point of starting the game, finding it not EXACTLY the way I want it to be, and then starting to plan another game...etc.

This can get really frustrating sometimes, since I have several ongoing games, and I have to start saving them elswhere, since there's so little space on my old and wheezing computer...

    ...How about...

    deus-rector ...something... regio

    for example:

    Deus: Rector maris atque terrae

translates to: God: ruler of sea and earth

Sorry that I didn't finish my elementary latin course...

Silly Canadians. It's not morning at all.

I was thinking "Divus Rex" for "God-King", but I'm not sure if it's right or not, and for the rest, I have no idea.
