I wear pink. And am straight.

 

One hour to go and I get to go home. Yippee! Well I get to go to two stores and then get to go home. I geuss I'm going to give NWN another try and see if I can master Hot Keys. I have never used them before but they come highly recomended.

I've never worn pink and yet some people have wondered if I haven't been gay. But the most I've been asked is if I'm planning to become a priest. Then again, some people have thought I am.

 

You mean you're not one already? Oh man. I was gonna confess to you that I wear pink at satanic dismemberment ritual gatherings (it's the dress code there, don't ask), but I guess I'd better not say it out loud. The high priest will get angry and take my spandex pants away. Again.

 

I looked up gout, too, on the web and didn't understand half of what I'm not supposed to eat. I don't eat the innards of animals (brains, livers, stomachs, etc.), except for whatever goes into hamburger and chicken breasts. I don't drink alcohol, either.

Fish is 'okay', afaik. I'll have to cut back on my pesto sauces because of the oils...right? What about eggs? And cheese and breads and pastas?

I find it revealing that I trust the opinions/advice of people I've never met (SPers) to that of someone educated in the medicinal arts. Bah, it's all guesswork in a white coat anyway.

It's on par for me. I get all the weird diseases.

I wear pink on occasion and nobody has mistaken me for being gay. To paraphrase an old book:

Real men wear pink. They where blue, green, red, purple -- whatever damn color they want. Because they don't really pay much attention when getting dressed and don't really care what anyone else thinks of them.

Kuemper: I taught too many pre-med students while going to graduate school to blindly trust ANY doctor. As the old joke goes:

What to you call someone who graduates at the bottom of their class at medical school?

Doctor.

 

Erm. Somehow I'm not into guys and I still wouldn't wear colours that don't match. Colours or fabrics. Or styles. Unless I didn't have anything else to put on and didn't have to leave the house, either. Or unless I really didn't care, I guess. But that doesn't happen. I just have an excellent innate sense of propriety in clothing.

What do you call someone who has graduated from university with a law degree but has no connections with politicians or law practioners?

Unemployed.

 

Things are starting to clear out, but it is not pleasant.
