@ Daie Convicts would be in jail. Ex-cons are the only ones that could re-offend because they'd be out of jail

 

So the convicts have to be escaped convicts as Sydax almost said. Wish I could speak/write another language.

I am so F*****g pissed, the power got knocked out yesterday and my good PC (the one I can play my games on) crashed and I am having to power word master reload. I am in the middle of four different games and had some good characters started and noe they are all lost.

The descriptor missing in the South Park quote should be

The point is that it didn't make any sense. If they were convicts, they had already been arrested and were serving a term, so any new arrest would have to be a re-arrest of escapees, or a fresh arrest of ex-convicts. Though if you've seen the epsiode, the escaped cons themselves were even dumber than the reporter would spoke that particular line.

Man it's cold outside! -20'C and some wind, so no wonder if people avoid outdoors like plague. In Russia it's -35 and even in Kittilä, at this side of the border, they reached a new record of -40 degrees. Could almost pity those who have to go to work at 7 am. Almost.

 

-40 is no record, Wirhe. we had -35 here today.... the day of my grandma's funeral, we had -43.5

The week is over! I've got a couple of stupid courses to attend tomorrow on how to be a lab demonstrator (I'll probably sleep through both), but no more work until Monday!
