    Ow, ow, ow. Five and a half hour long rehersal, most of which the members of the chorus were sitting on a very uncomfortable floor in a very uncomfortable position. My legs and knees are very sore now. Make the hurting stop!!

    Walk up the stairs too fast? :) don't worry I did that too and had to sit down I was so out of breath.

    Damn, track is starting soon and I've never been THIS out of shape in my life... Since football ended I let myself go for the winter... My six-pack is gone and my stomach now exceeds my massive (once massive) pectoral muscles... Gotta get that sexy body back for track!! So that when it's hot outside I can go "oops, gotta take off my shirt to run" and all the ladies go "OMG JiggaJay is so hot" and I go "I know" and then they turn me down... Meh.

    Anyone know a lazy-man workout I can do?!

    Yeah, I'm starting school tomorrow evening too. It wouldn't be that bad if I didn't had to work in between. So basically I'm at school from 15h20 to 22h20, and work from 1am to 6am. What a life. :rolleyes:
