Mythbusters rocks... they just had one in which the mythbusters got a 30,000 lb crane, and tried to use it as a catapult. They put it 60 feet in the air (on 4 steel shipping containers), and launched buster... he went about 20 feet, and the ENTIRE crane split apart... it was awesome!

    Haha, nice Ofelix.

16 hours of Tech over the next two days... 4 today, 6 tomorrow, and 6 on friday. Wonderful. Don't get me wrong, I love Tech, but right now we're just finishing the set, and it is a bunch of drilling (steel) with hand drills, which takes quite a while, considering none of us are extremely strong. In anycase, this 4 day weekend should be a nice break from school...

I hope DnD is dragging and people are in-fighting. I hope someone dies and is not ressurected.

Ooo, I found the nerve that makes my whole hand tingly.

@Saber - Just wait. They build a Civil War rocket. ;)

I had a peculiar dream last night.

First off, I was back in elementary school. Again. :aaa: This somewhat traumatic old teacher I used to have was there talking about fat and weight gain, and he ended up asking me for first-hand experiences. Shaking my spare tire with one hand and stroking my beard with the other, I said: "I don't know whether you people remember how I used to look back in elementary..."

The Teacher's quip was along the lines of, "Oh, we do." :shake:

I started talking about how about a year after high school I had thought "what the hell" and started eating more unhealthily than ever before, :yum: and gained weight...and then it dawned on me - I said: "You know what? I'm done with this ****, I've done this years ago. I don't need to be here."

So I climbed on a wall and was getting ready to leave. The teacher tried to talk sense into me.

Then, whaddaya know, chev showed up from somewhere. He gave me a piggyback ride out of there. And man, he ran for miles.

In case you're wondering what he looked like, well, he looked a lot like his portrait. And he was considerably taller than me. I seemed to have that bit of trivia lodged in my skull somewhere, that he's supposed to be tall.

At some point we came across my bicycle. I would ride it and he sat at the back. We proceeded to ride into the woods - it was a jogging route that I'd often had to go to with school.

We were supposed to find something, I don't know what. We had these chaotic notes we hand-scribbled that made no sense whatsoever, it was kind of a journal.

I'm not sure about the actual order of events now. I *think* at this point we arrived on a parking lot. The was a girl I somewhat fancied, sitting in a van, keeping watch for something. She came out of the car and the three of us discussed fat and weightgain. She had a big belly just like mine, that can be bulged with the diaphragm into insane proportions.

    And chev had one too.

We proceeded to camp out on the parking lot. Not in the car, mind you, but on the asphalt. Just laying blankets there and lying down next to each other. Somehow chev got the middle spot, and I was fuming. They would talk about all sorts of things and I was completely left out.

Fortunately something came up. Me and chev had to get back on the saddle and rode into the woods again. This time we didn't stay on the path. We just dove into the forest.

We came across a clearing, and there was an...outdoor house, I guess, would be the best way to explain it. It had very thin walls, no roof, and the rooms were separated by carpeted courtyards. All the rooms were furnished. There was nobody there, except a cage where there were lots and lots of small, cuddly air elementals trapped. Chev made a comment about it being "barbaric."

We got out of the woods, into a street and started showing our notes to some people. The scribblings looked like school assignments, or home-made hand-written forms and applications halfway filled in. Chev had written his real name there, I can't remember what it was, but where my name was supposed to be he had written "esim. esim."

"Esim." is short for "esimerkiksi", which means "for example" in Finnish. He had subsituted my name with that 'cos he didn't know it and there hadn't been time to let me fill out the form myself. :bad:

Back on the parking lot, to camp out with the girl again. This time I got to lay next to her and chev was sleeping further away. I talked with her about various stuff and kept thinking "what the bloody hell could I do to get something happening here." :hmm:

I then had to demonstrate the use of a really crappy home-made animation device to a little kid and was supposed to make it appear really cool. :skeptic: It was made of paper but had these completely unnecessary plastic parts, the pages wouldn't turn properly and the pictures weren't in sequence at all. It was more like a crappy slide show. :bs:

    And then I woke up.

I've actually been off bacon for a while now...maybe it's the withdrawal symptoms kicking in. :mommy:

Damn, I haven't even had breakfast today. I started BOMing the first thing out of bed...breakfast... wonder if there's any bacon...crispy, oozing with fat... :yum:

My weirdo dream was that Spike (from B:TVS and Angel) had jumped out of one of the Wolfram and Hart building windows...during the day! :aaa: He hopped into a waiting taxi, which had that protective glass instead of normal glass for windows. He became a cabbie around L.A.. I asked him for a lift somewhere and he drove until sunset.

Then we were walking. I asked him why he wasn't wreaking havoc around town. He said the city wasn't big enough. "Warsaw. Never did get there with Dru."

I woke up highly disappointed. :nolike:

Last night's performance was phenomenal, and so emotionally draining. I have a feeling tonight's isn't going to be as good, and I'm concerned that the guy playing Hippolytos is going to over act again and just destroy the atmosphere.

I didn't even go out partying last night, I was so exhausted. I'm definately going out tonight though, and the madness shall continue :D

I'm so happy -- I finally broke the 2000 post mark and am now a moonbar holder! A goal achieved!

Now if I can get a job, I'll REALLY be cooking -- maybe I can send some money to Tal and get an Avatar ;)

    Unemployment sucketh.
