In a more random note: I was watching Leno last night, and there was this woman who wrote the book: Liberalism as a religion: Godless. She was unbelievably conservative, and it bugged me. She said things like: "Liberals are bringing up their children in the worshipping of Global Warming, Recycling, and..."

Because teaching children about how to make this world healthier is bad, I forgot. I apologize for ever thinking that recycling was good, and that global warming is happening.
/end sarcasm

Grrr, she made me angry. If you want to say you think liberals are wrong, fine, but she wrote a book about how liberalism is a godless religion and how it has all the negative aspects of all religions. BARGH!!!

I love the expression "bling bling". It doesn't mean anything per se, but it carries exactly the right meaning just because of the way it sounds.
The weekend's almost here... almost... so close yet so far.
But before we get there I've got a meeting tomorrow at 8:30am

 

I just mowed the lawn, and I am sweating up a storm. I need to shower!

28 hours of antibiotic, 14 hours sleep, and I am feeling much better.

It is sunny and warm to hot here.

I like some rap, but mostly only because of the sound, I don't like hardly any gangsta rap. I don't like the way most rap videos purvey women.

I dislike the expression "bling bling" precisely because it is so meaningless and it is usually used by people who have no idea what they are talking about but are trying to be cool.

 

Bling bling actually refers to big, cheap, gold-plated tin jewelry, and the pimped out cars who's add-ons are worth like three times the value of the car.

Since when did the RBP turned into a rap bashind and discussion thread?

I am silliness, and silliness surounds me. No really, it does, don't forget that I ahve three little girls. I'm lucky if I hear one not silly thing every day.

I am currently uplaiding Epicrates (a great drug reference program) to my Palm. This program is great for looking up drugs, and checking compatibilty and stuff, I can hardly wait until its done.

 

Car serviced. I hate having to leave her in someone else's hands. It just seems so...wrong, somehow.

Actually, servicing the car took less than half the time I thought it would.

 

I think i am too fangirly for my own good.

 

How weird. My internet connection isn't working. I can't get to any websites . . . except SP. How can that possibly be? SP must have eerie powers.

 

Haha, my internetwas down, so I had to reset that mother, and it worked.

Had somewhat the same problem yesterday HB.
My XP automatically downloaded the latest update and installed it, with the result that my Internet connection died.
It could load IP addresses, but not hostnames, turns out that the new update flushed my DNS list, nice testing MS!

Edit: Actually, now that I think about it, it could be the exact same problem! Try to enter this IP adres into the URL bar of your browser "http://64.233.183.104/" and see if you load google.
If that works, try checking on the DNS configuration, XP might have deleted the addresses.

 

It's working now. Not sure what I did, but SP was the only site that worked.

Hmm, several hours between RBPs here. Quiet.
