    It was about 5 degrees here yesterday morning. I had to get the woolly hat out. But was a bit warmer this morning, maybe 7 or 8 degrees.

    I finally made the most amazing lasagna today. Perfect consistancy, nice evenly spaced layers of two different fillings. Soooo good. Even the baby was impressed.

    Hmm... I believe I do have the recipe for homemade carbonnara sauce, but I'm not 100% sure. I'll check to see if I can find it, and if I do I will most certainly post it in the cooking thread. Ever since my bro made me try it, I have never looked at regular lasagna the same way again... :shake:
