    No, just nobody's up yet.

Why am I up? I awoke to the puppy eating Lego. Could be expensive.

    Don't worry, he'll survive.

I'm not so sure about the Lego, though.

    Hehehehe...

Guess what peeople! I only have one more day of work, and then I have paid vacation for the next 20 days!

I didn't want to go back to work right after the honeymoon...so I decided that I didn't *have* to. Got to love having 140 hours of vacation time just sitting there waiting to be used... :D :rolling:

Don't worry Shell, my dog has done the whole rat poison gig before. Not affected at all, apart from that it was crapping blue for a while. Looked REALLY odd. Still, it is a beagle and they are known to have stomachs of steel

Well, I've had an interesting few days. Dancer has died the death she was threatening to, finally shutting down two days ago, and I haven't even been able to reactivate the computer to attempt repair. I suspect a hardware problem, which is way out of my league to fix. This means that I am unable to access all my data (including BoM and other mod stuff) unless I can get the bastard thing fixed or get at the HDD somehow. :bad:

In other news, a friend took me to my first Black Metal concert last night! Preparation wasn't what I'd expected for the gig: just dinner and a pot of tea, no ritual sacrifice or burning crosses. Bands weren't actually that bad (I'll admit to being pretty sceptical beforehand), overall. The first lot (Vreid, I think, but they were stand-ins for 1349 who'd pulled out) pretty much sucked, Zyklon were better and the headline act (Enslaved) were actually pretty good, mixing in some atmospherics with the wall of noise and growling.

Oh, and WTF is "grindcore"? Some bloke mentioned it and I had no clue what he was talking about.

Work was kindof nice last night, not to much stress, actually had enough nurses, had ample time to get work done, only one patient needed me at a time. So why am I so tired?

I can't wait until its time to go to drinking camp...I mean hunting camp. I am debating weather or not I will even take the gun this year. I never see any deer, and it is heavy to carry.

I can't stand hearing people use the phrase "them things". Do they not care about sounding so stupid? I pulled Arlyn from one day care in part because the director blew off the need for having the classroom attendants speak properly in front of the children. Thank goodness that he lost that speech pattern very quickly in the new environment!
