    I started a smoothe diet last week to lose the extra lbs I put on in the US and over Christmas. I have been buying tons of fruit and veg and its actually very inexpensive. I am half a stone lighter and I just need to loose another half to get back to my original weight.

    Best part is that no exercise is involved.

    I just had to scan for viruses, adware, and do a resistry clean and it only took me about 2.5 hours, hours that I wanted to use to watch the Divinci Code. Oh well, it will just have to wait. The good news is that I got it running good and cleaned out a bunch of stuff.

    @Kitrax, thanks for your guide, it helped alot! :thumb:

    There is snow outside here too but the sky is clear and the temp is now -15 which is better than it was the last couple of days. The snowplows were out plowing most of yesterday so I might even be able to go somewhere this afternoon. On the upside - being locked in the house for two days made the house a lot cleaner.
