i borrowed a camera from my girlfrinds dad, a really nice nikon d40, so i'll be taking some (hopwfully) nice pictures of the winter landscapes soon enough

 

I finally spent one of my gift cards I got for xmas earlier today. Used it to buy NWN Diamond. Why did I wait so loooooong to finally get NWN? Here's my reasoning:
If I get in to the game, and really like it, I will want to get get NWN2.
By the time I finish NWN, NWN2 should be a little cheaper, and I will finally have enough money to buy a new computer that can actually *run* NWN2.

Now, I just need to find a way to keep RL out of the way.

 

Arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr! I forgot my holiday homework and school starts next wensday!
And if I don't do it I wont be able to continue VCE (Victorian Certificate of Education).

We've got late fees for some movies which were due back yesterday, but in light of the snowstorm, the video store is gong to wave the fees.

For the record, I've been smoking just under ten years, but I HAVEN'T HAD ONE!!! 12.5 hours and still going :whee: Yes I know that's not long, but I gotta start somewhere >_>

My grandma says there's no point driving all the way home then all the way to school to pick me up again. So she's sat in the car park still

At least she has magazines and a crossword with her.

 

Monday morning, cold rain, ick, at least no ice over weekend. Maybe snow later this week - school kids will love it but I'll have to figure out getting to work.

 

There's no heat in the office today. I'm tempted to go home, and work remotely.

 

Ah, yet another work day done.

Having a five hour time difference between where we are and where our bosses are has been doing wonders for my audit team's employee morale. We have had hours of uninterrupted work, very few stupid questions, and almost no requests for us to do something silly that the boss could have done in less time than it took the boss to send the e-mail request. This is how it should always be.

The fact that our per diem over here is so high is pretty damned nice too! As of the end of the day yesterday my per diem has exceeded my actual spending by 233 pounds.

 

Tal, dear, I spend most of my day putting OUT fires that were generally started by other people!

 

Yeah, I toke some MJ, but I keep it to a bare minimum. But in what is that related with tobacco?

And getting paid for it, no less. Yeah, sounds good. It's worth considering.

Then quit saying you stopped smoking. You come off as someone who doesn't smoke anything, yet you contradict yourself by admitting you still smoke dope.

I had to dig out the driveway this morning! And some bonehead *cough*B-I-L*cough* ran the dishwasher without turning on the water. Handwashing now, baby.
