Tomorow's election day in the province, so it means no school today and that I'll have to vote for the first time in me life!

 

My screen refresh rate is 60Hz and it can't get any higher! It goes like blingblingblingblingblingblingblingblingblingblingblingblingblingbling and bling, all the time in my area of peripheral vision. It's so annoying! Curses!

...nothing more to add...unless...maybe if I turn it as low as I can and see what'll happen

Still... last week of term. Got to be happy with that.

Gah. Gotta work tomorrow, and I'm out of bread, so I have to get up earlier if I want to have breakfast

 

God help me, I just ate pizza. A lot of it.

Boys and girls, take it from Auntie revmaf, don't eat a lot of pizza if your gall bladder's been gone for many years.

 

Having Mondays and Wednesdays off is GREAT

Though this is that last week where I will get Monday off for a while.

Saw a good Eddie Murphy interview tonight. I'm highly annoyed with CBC's programming the past month - first curling and now figure skating. I want my Miss Marple mysteries back, dammit!

@ revmaf - I hope the taste of the pizza is greater than the amount of suffering. Why do things that are bad for us have to taste so damn good?

 

I hate school. I hate homework. I hate assessment tasks worth 40% of end of year mark.

Strangely, I have to admit that Mr Roger's Neighborhood is actually very informative. I was surprised the first time I stopped surfing the channels to watch an interesting segment about how they make bagels and afterwards realizing that it was Mr Rogers I was watching. Although I don't agree with his sense of style and rigidity in addressing children, there is definatly something of interest for very young children. I was even more surprised when he talked about where baby mammals get there milk and then showed women nursing their babies. Mr. Rogers neihbourhood would have been the last place I expected to see naked breasts.

 

Funny that I joined like 3 1/2 years after you and got the rogue stone before you.

What does a gall bladder have to do with eating pizza in large amounts? All I remember about the gall bladder, is that it can be removed without killing you.

Just proves that some people spam a lot more than others! Just look at HB.

Nakia - I'm sure the CC role playing thread in the SPS member area helped your post count a lot....

Been pricing computer parts all night long. Looks like I'm going to be able to build myself a nice rig for under $2000. I should have enough saved up to build it in 6 months...at which point, newer componets will be out, prices with change, and I'll have to do this all over again.
