If you're unit is not meant for first years, then how come you're still doing it? Che, I gotta go see the admin on Thursday and fix up my enrollment. They think I'm doing two full time courses at the same time.

It's a beautiful day. Not a cloud in the sky and temperatures in the mid 70's. Too bad I'm trapped inside at work.

 

All work and no play makes Trell a dull boy.

In other news....I got a new pillow! It's all soft and fluffy like! No more stiff necks when I wake up!

 

I just burnt the Chili I wanted to warm up. Really burnt it. I switched on the plate and simply forgot it. Now the kitchen stinks, and is full of smoke, the Chili looks like charcoal and my flatmate is pissed at me. Admittedly, rightly so. Worse, I'm still hungry, and I'm not in the mood for cooking anymore.

 

Nesting perhaps?

 

When I was pregnant I never had much of a nesting instinct. I mean I kept the house clean, but not overboard. Sometimes I kinda wish that I was born with some kind of nesting instict - it would make house cleaning a whole lot more enjoyable.

 

I don't think that guy tailgating us tonight was expecting me to get out of the car and yell, too.

 

I had trouble taking out my contacts today and now one of my eyes is all red.

But we kicked ass with the football team.

 

Sorry to hear that. Hope nothing's wrong with your eye. Go to the doctor if it's still red when you wake up, please.

Congrats on the match, btw.

There's a public holiday in the Syndey Metropolitan area on Friday September 7 to coincide with the APEC Summit! I wonder what classes I'll have on Fridays next semester.. ^^

I failed a certification test today. Not a good day for me.
I have another certification test tomorrow. Me, worried? Heck yeah.

 

Nope. She had to work in the morning, and I had school...and after we were both back home, we knew our friends would be coming over earlier than when they said they would. So she decided to vacuum when she had time, which was at 4:30 in the morning. It's fine with me. I hate our upstairs neighbors.

And Shell...my wife is not pregnant, nor will she become pregnant anytime soon... Got to get the European trips out of the way first, *before* we ruin our lives with children.

 

Half the group failed the big four-hour exam... haven't yet got the grades, but I have a strange feeling I'm part of this half...

Meh. I'll just retake it. Simple as that.

Sucks. I'm too familiar with that, being a longtime contacts wearer - artificial tears do wonder against that. Disposable contacts are much more comfortable too, though I have a feeling I'm preaching to the choir...
