    Uniform update: apparently we will be required to wear ALL the items given (shirt, useless apron) and can wear an additional waterproof apron over it - I'm gonna sweat like a pig and my uniform shirts are going to get all greasy ANYWAY, and it has to be those shirts, I can't wear a similar white shirt of my own...

    The hats seem to be made for men - they just CAN'T accommodate a woman's pony tail; the aprons are frivolous, the shirts are too think and all the gals will have to buy camisoles (and I'm not wearing a singlet, shirt and TWO aprons while I'm frying) and every article of clothing is a different color. Admittedly, each item is nice - the apron's got some useful pockets, as do the pants, the hat 'poofs' up over the scalp instead of tight like a baseball cap so it'll be a little cooler, but it seems as if Head Office created an executive committee to design the new staff uniform, and then the members all split off to choose/design one article of clothing each, refused to interact and just got together ON the deadline and wrote everything down... :nolike:

    I am a man and my hair is long enough to have a pony tail. In fact I think it'll be a good idea to do it for my interview, and shave. Wish me luck for my job interview! I really wish I could get that waiter job at that restaurant.
