Err, who is that? (Am I related?)

 

H. R. Giger, an artist probably most famous for the alien in the Alien series of movies.

 

I finished the first Zork, long, long ago, on a Commodore, if I recall correctly. Never managed any of the sequels.

My nephew was to have graduated from college today. Since I received no hysterical phone calls from his family I think that means he did. Too far for me to attend.

Saw two indigo buntings in my yard, inspecting the bird feeders. I don't think they're seed eaters but all the birds are so desperate for food right now, after the hard freeze on Easter morning killed every bud, flower, and some whole trees and bushes, and every insect not still in chrysalis or egg, that maybe they're looking for anything at all to eat. One of my friends is scrambling eggs each morning for her purple martins, believe it or not.

Yeah, belongs in the other thread about birds. Too lazy to go there.

Blah, blah, blah.

 

So f*****g drunk. Ugh.

 

I really should be doing more on one of my assignments but instead I am posting here.

I have a cat sleeping on top of my printer. Thought I'd share that bit of info.

I'm still drunk from last night. Hangover will hit probably this afternoon. Woohoo.

Hope I didn't make too much of a fool of myself in front of my bandmates.

This is really weird. Either the game's been playing by itself, someone else is playing my game, or I'm starting to flip and lose my short-term memory. The last thing that happened before I got freaked out was that while I was surfing in the net an ironclad of mine had moved to a direction I never ordered, or even considered of moving.

Funny stuff. I just hope it's only the game and nothing else.

 

I slept out this weekend twice, switched off my alarm clock, and found I always slept 10 hours and felt well in the morning the first time this week.

Is this silly little cold I have really that exausting?

 

I don't have a cold and I sleep 10 hours.

 

Nothing beats watching a chick-flick when you've got a hangover.

 

I have a cold and I'm sleeping 14 hours a night instead of my usual 10.

I am so tired that I am not tired. If that makes any sense.

I know I have to go to bed cause I have to get up to work on assignments, but I know I wont get to sleep.

 

the best movie to watch hungover on a sunday morning/aftenoon is Rock Star

man, all the staying up late and drinking is catching up to me, I feel like crap right now but have plans to meet my friends in a few minutes

 

When I have a hangover after a party at my place, and face the dishes in the morning, I reliably (to the desparation of the other survivors) turn on the 'Conan the Barbarian' soundtrack, because nothing less is worthy of such heroic efforts.

I'm stupid, it took me a while to understand something. Two weeks ago, I had my hair elfishly and one of the jokes I got was "I know you like girls, but you certainly look like a fairy!".

 

Well, I'm going to turn in for the night as I need to be up at 8:30 to start working on assignments. Also, happy labour day for the rest of the Aussies on the boards. Its always good to have a long weekend isnt it
