Getting up early only means you get tired out early. I thought I'd get a head start on the day and get some work done before it gets too hot. It just meant that I was too tired to do much the rest of the day...

 

I hate reality. Unfortnately this is viewed as unhealthy, as is computer addiction (and computer addiction combined with games... Dont get me started )
I am posting to forget, but I continue to remember... *Sigh*

 

Getting up early is never the solution to your problems.

 

Waking up too late is neither so good. Insert energy drink....

 

Sometimes it's best not to sleep at all.

 

Or simply not wake up.

 

First day o' work today, I hate waking up early.

 

hehe, aye!

Day off, yay! Had to stay at work until half past two in the morning yesterday .

 

That's what happens when you get a job.

 

I hate building stuff that's not bougth from IKEA.

In other news, the freezer's running out of ice-cream

 

We still have much ice cream.

 

Ice cream??? Boy that sounds good.
Day off, and I was going to sleep late, but woke up at the same time as always and couldn't go back to sleep!

So, now I'm going to have to buckle down to some housework. The place is disgusting. Also laundry time.

Still no rain but maybe thise weekend. Stef, maybe that tropical system will help you out, too.

 

My mom can eat again; stuff like pudding and peaches.

Bad news - the in-laws are back.

 

Going to an Angels game tonight. I hope they win! Ballpark food here I come.

 

I today, with a straight face and some gravitas, told an exasperated physics student who was learning for an exam that his bloody subject would be a lot easier hadn't this moron Newton invented this silly gravity thingy.

The look in his face was priceless

 

He deserved it for picking such a lousy subject.

I'm comparing V for Vendetta the graphic novel/film/novelisation. It's fun.

 

Kuemper, good news on your mom, bad on the in-laws.

I went out and bought ice cream. This was stupid (I am trying not eat such things) but it tastes good.

TV weather radar actually shows some showers, though not around my county. Let's keep hoping.

 

All the diet drinks do is make me hungry. Is that normal?

 

@Trell - someone over there should do something about the dwindling ice cream supply there. We've got plenty of ice cream here.

Which reminds me, as part of my store's 100th anniversary celebrations, there's a 'buy one, get one' on the good ice cream this week - have you and yer hubby gone shopping yet, kuemper?
