@Ofelix, yay for the job. Pay is pay, no matter for what.

Quote from good old Gus reminds me of "Guns, Germs, and Steel" describing "civilization" as a kleptocracy. Tee hee.

Chevalier, I bow before your awesome numbers.

Relay for Life last night was cold, indeed. My team could have sold out of coffee and hot chocolate but what we had was lemonade and iced tea. Hmm. Hope they do well today, I'm working and can't go.

    Spaming from work. Babble, etc.

Kids, no matter if your using linux or what, get a firewall.

    Seriously, dudes.

Some funky stuff's been going on with my computer, since I was stupid enough not to have a firewall for a while. Some very interesting IP addresses have been in contact with my computer without my knowledge so far.

My MSN claims there's a problem with the connection.

So, because my internet isn't working, this post doesn't exist.

    Me sleepy too.

I have almost 30 pages of homework for the next week (20-22 for monday). I've now done only 10.
Are teachers allowed to do stuff like this? I'm gonna punch the first one who says something about a relaxing weekend and complains about how tired we are.

Slackware Linux has a built-in firewall you can configure while configuring an internet connection - handy, and effective.

Failing that, Firestarter's your answer. Fortunately, we Linux users don't have to worry about viruses...

What's funny Kuemp? It's notorious that almost (about 90%) viruses are made for Microsoft OSes. There's a logical explanation too; if you wanted to make a malware software you'd want to ''infect'' the most people possible, so you'd probably go for the most widespread OS i.e Windows OSes.

hell of a party last night. I congratulate myself on my fidelity, 2 girls started grinding on me (more than once and on separate times) but I "had to go the bathroom" or "get another beer". >sigh< Maybe I should try being a jerk next time? :D oh, sorry too about the drunken ROME post in the sensorium, but I wont delete it, because while it's embarrassing, it's actually pretty funny now that I read it :D

And I mean every word :p

@Enagonios: Don't worry, I don't think the boards have a rule against PWI (Posting While Intoxicated).
