Are you comparing D2 to BG? :nono:

I actually have D1 and D2...but there's a thick layer of dust on them. :p Maybe one of these days I'll pull them out and give the entire game a go. Ahh the good old days of collecting ears. :p

In other news...I'm in class right now, and they are tearing the school apart to remodel it. Besides being quite loud, there's got to be a lot of asbestos and lead paint particles in the air. $1700.00 per class to breathe in toxins! Yay! :rolling:

I haven't accomplished anything today. Go me!

I'm suposed to get news for my "next job" this week, but so far nothing however we're only saturday. My current one is hell and anything else will be a bliss. I can't wait to have the training which is also a kind of "probation" (i.e. they'll determine if I'm okay or not). If I don't have any call by wednesday I think I ought to call 'em back.

An ex friend made me so mad today. She's uber chipper *all*the*time* and requires constant replies to her PMs and thing she says on the game chat. I didn't "answer" a couple PMs because 1)I was very busy skill training and talking makes my character stop training and 2) the PMs didn't need any sort of reply. She got snarky when I didn't send her a PM back, so I just kept out of the game chat and kept myself invisible (game says I am offline). For the next 2 days, she posts apologies on my gaming blog and sends emo PMs to a mutual gaming forum. Anyway, I ignore her and keep training until today when I'm 80 xp from the top level. I turn on things in-game and she immediately spams me with psuedo-apologetic PMs. I tell her to chill out. I had a big party planned for this top level, but apparently you need to scream on the chat. So much for clan solidarity.

I re-installed Diablo 2 a couple months back. I might dig the disk out and fire it up agains when I want some mindless violence--or between attempts on Civ IV's Defense mod...

I need a costume for the Halloween party we're going to. We also got invited to a "clothing optional" party the same night that's being held by a porno company.

So we have to decide whether to go to a party with lots of booze and lots of friends...or a party with lots of booze, lots of boobs, and 2 friends. We can't do both because the two parties are about 75 miles apart... :bad:

What would *you* do? :hmm: :rolling:

To quote Tycho Brahe (The PA one): "Boobs indeed. Indeed, sir. A universe of possibilities and you're fixated on the local flavour."
Go to the nude party I say!

Hurt my hand again, maybe I *should* consider putting some tape on my sword's grip.

@ Kit - I say go to the party with your friends - you just don't know what kind of trouble you could get into going to the other party - unless you don't mind slimey creeps hitting on your wife the moment you pop off to the washroom.

@Kit/Dfly: I wasn't being too serious, yes, of course go the one with lots of friends, bros before mario bros, and etc. Too many unknowns in the other party.

My longbow used to tear of the skin in my finger's tips. :(
Luckily I noticed the weird pain early and the sword's grip only made a wee blister, but am adding hockey tape now.

Better than gloves, I guess. They did use gloves, including chain or even plate gloves, which probably means there wasn't much fencing going on, just chopping. On the other hand, even the musketeers used gloves, but those were leather.

Haha, whenever I see the light bulb next to Tal's name on the thread list, I get excited. I don't know why...
