@Dalamar, Kelvados is slated for a role in this scene. Sorry, I guess Sheela just likes to pick on him. Kelvados does have a link to that sentient Tree after all.

Hokay, Sepp is guiding Nakia's spirit back. Her body will struggle in echo to the struggles of the spirit invincing a strength beyond that of a normal Hin especially a small such as Nakia. Kelvados must not loose his grip on her. Of course Perim is holding the top part so that should help.

 

And the adventure continues. Where to next? Will Perim survive being married to one touched by the World beyond? Will Sepp lead us into dark and tortuous ways? What is happening to the disappearing halflings? Will Del kill (at least try) Kelvados et al? Who and what is Rosie? Will Atten ever learn to shape shift to something besides a squirrel? And for me the biggest question, what effect has this had on Nakia? She is spirit touched now. (and poor Sepp she has once again managed to get him into a strange experience so I guess she can't just walk away saying "Too bad." but must continue on.) A new friend has entered and Jex is still with us in spirit at least.

So many questions, so few answers.

 

And how on earth do I get Daie to leave bearing in mind what's being discussed right now? Going to the Underdark, where they'll need lots more magic and healing?

(Not to mention someone else who can speak both Drow and the Drow Hand Code )

 

ummm.... Delinos and Kelvados are Drow... so they know all the Drow stuff as well. And why does Daie know that? Has he been to the Underdark before?

 

No, but he was on extremely good terms with a Drow who left the Underdark, who he travelled with for a very long time. She taught him both languages.

 

Daie doesn't need to leave. Obviously we'll need all the help we can get plus Nakia needs someone to help her adjust to things.

Note on Perim: He is more of an NPC than a real character. At best he is caught in something he doesn't understand and is totally foreign to him. He wanted Nakia back but what he has now is someone touched by the Other World, mind linked to a spirit and to her cousin Sepp as well as the Drow Brothers. Rather leaves him out in left field.

 

And you forgot about her best friend trying to kill her, which must be messing with his head as well. I know it's messing with Ciana's...

 

Right! He will have a bit of a problem with Ciana. Bet he's already having second thoughts and maybe eyeing that sweet, fun-loving little halfling gal down the next tunnel.

In other words if we want to play around with Perim and have some fun that is fine with me.

well... i kinda lost motivation... I can't think of anything to write.. i have been waiting for something.

 

I'm about to put some stuff from Ciana in soon, probably thursday when I'm back and have time.
