Despite everything that I went through (like falling of the roof, being hit by a car at high speed, jumping off a 15 foot tree, fighting on the street all the time,...) I only have one scar. It's about 2 or 3 centimeters long on my left thight and I got it from being hit by a metal quarter-staff that broke my leg. And that's also the only bone I ever broke.

 

The only scar I have that isn't from my sister is one down my left shin:

I was about 6-7, and my uncle was chasing me around my great-grandmother's house. Unfortunately, it was very dark, and I forgot, while running as fast as a little kid can go, that around that fateful turn was a horseshoe stake. My mom sprayed so much hydrogen peroxide on my leg that I felt like I soaked it in acid!

All ten of my other scars are from my sister, who gets really pissed when I don't do trivial things for her (closing a slightly opened door, putting my trumpet away, etc.) And I agree: women's fingernails DO hurt

My scar makes my torso look like a smirking smiley face.

When I was 19 I had an ectopic pregnancy which would have meant certain death a century ago. As it was my doctor told me had I come in 2 hrs later I would have been dead.

Anyhow, after that, 1 yr later I had a hernia (the result of an ******* doctor from the original surgery) which resulted in a slightly uplifted smile on one side, thus the smirk.

My other scar is across my wrist which was the result of being a self determined child in an attempt to get a glass of water.

Besides I got into the war in 1987 and got out at the end of the year.

 

I have a scar on my wrist where my brother bit me when he was just a wee one (you can even see the teeth marks!)
I have a scar on my knee where I ran over some wood on my bike and flipped over and got something stuck up underneath the ensuing cut.
Oh, and I have one stretch mark, actually, that started out as a little cut that one of my old kittens gave me when I was very first pregnant...I started showing right after that and it turned into a crescent scar that goes top to bottom over my entire belly.
Oh, and I have a piece of lead stuck in my finger too.

I have a scar right where my pant button comes up. I have really sensitive skin and my pant button were always cheap metal, so they gave me rashes, and when you scratch a rash enough, it leaves a scar... *sigh* Although, now it's getting more blended with my skin color so nobody will notice anymore.

I have another small one on my arm from when I was over at Dudette's when I was 8 or 9, and we were cooking muffins... Well, I had those cooking mitts that only came up to my wrist, so when I put my hand in, I turned to the side so the heat wouldn't fog up my glasses. Before I realized it, my arm touched the side of the oven and I got a burn.

I think that's it...

 

Hmm, I've got quite a few. The most ugly one has to be on the inside of my left thigh though. Over here in Northern Ireland riots are 'normal' during the summer months. It just so happened me and a couple of friends got caught in a big clash between two rioting gans. One of the stupid rioters though it would be a good idea to cover a gas bottle in petrol, set it on fire and roll it into the opposite crowd. Sadly, it blew up half way and a large chunk of extremely hot metal got caught in my thigh as me and my friends were running away. The blast and force blew me away, I landed on the road four feet away.

I have lots of numerous scars along my lower arms. Some are due to fights, some due to girls, some due to animals, some to glass, some to accidents, some due to knife fights and other silly things.

Hmm, I also have a lot of scars around my kneecaps and shins due to walking into walls, cars, benches, old ladies, angry dogs, little kids, prams, chairs, bins, telephone booths, railings and other various objects than can hurt / fight back / bite back.

Ooooh, lots of pretty scars on my chest, they were mostly done by other people with a lot of emotion and feeling in the strokes... Hehe, what a nice way to put it

I have a few scars on my back for pretty much the same reason... Aren't people lovely?

Now, don't you guys feel so much better for knowing all of that?

I don't have many scars, only small ones. I have one in between my left eyebrow and eye, and one under the left side of my lower lip. I've done a lot of crazy ****, but I've always managed to save my throw to prevent nasty wounds

 

I don't have any really big or interesting scars, but that hasn't stopped anyone else , j/k...
Anyways, I've got a weird scar on my forehead, but it looks a lot like a misplaced wrinkle, I don't have a clue where it came from. I also have an inch-long scar on my middle finger on my right hand, which I got from work two summers ago, when a girl accidentally sliced my finger with a serrated bread knife, funny thing is, she was almost crying when she saw me bleeding, and I was trying not to laugh at her . I've got another small scar on my left hand which I got a long time ago, when I reached out eagerly for some strawberry pie, fresh outta the oven...

PS - Deltoids are the muscles around your shoulders...I'm guessing Bel means his triceps maybe?

 

I've got quite a few. Some are proper scars while some are just they look like scars and been there a couple of years but they aren't going to be permanent like scars, but i don't know what they're called.

OK i have a double scar on my left knee which i got while tackling someone in a game of playground rugby 2 years ago. We both went down but my knee smacked into 2 sharp stones. One i got out but the other i had to dip my knee into a bowl of TCP to get out (to stop it getting infected), that hurt a lot.

Ok then i've got what will probably scar when/if it heals over is something that happened last year. I was playing football (on the same playground). I had some old trainers on which ahd almost no grip. I go for a tackle and slip so im horizontal in the air. I bring my hands back to try to land on my hands and back but didnt have enough time and smacked down with my full weight on my left elbow. I actually bounced which is why i also sustained 8 cm grazes to both my inner elbows. The grazes healed in about a week. But the intial impact on my elbow was about 1-2 cm deep and was oozing some manky puss and blood. I went to the medical room and my school being lame they didnt clean it properly (i could have done it better, i got one stone out of my knee when i cut it open - see above). Because they didnt clean it properly when the wound had started to heal - 2 week later - i had to go to the doctors and they had to put saline (salt water) into it to clean it and then use pointy needle sticks to get loads of grit and dirt out that was infecting it. I wouldnt have had to go through that if the school had cleaned it properly in the first place.

Well that's all that i know about although i almost got one on my arse cos i was skating down a hill and messed up a manual (wheelie) and ended up skidding down the road on my arse for abotu two meters. This wouldnt have hurt much but stupidly i had my keys in my back pocket and that was digging into my arse. But it didnt cut it so i didnt end up with a scar there, which is good.

I've got two, but only one is really noticable.

One is on my chin from when i was a kid. I was riding this little death-trap bike, tried to do a wheelie and went over the handlebars and landed on my chin.
The other is from when i had my eyebrow pierced. The guy pierced it really deep. It never healed during the 6 months that i had it before i took it out coz it was pissing me off. It's not like i didnt look after it. I cleaned it twice a day but it still didnt heal. Obviously its healed now but it's left a nice dent in my eyebrow.

 

I have a pretty big one across my face from when I was 10 yrs old or so.

I was trying to balance on a piece of string from a tennis racket that I had strung between two trees. Needless to say it didn't work out too well and I fell down. On the way down my head hit the Tennis string and gave me a scar that still is there 12 years later.

Looks kind of cool though, like I've been cut by a knife or something...

I have a scar from when I was 5. I liked to sit on my cousins dird bike and prented I was riding it, what I diddn't know was that he had just finshed riding it and when my ankle tpuched the moter, it burnt me.

 

Got a new scar today Yay!! (maybe not the right word for that)

Some idiotic ********** ****** ******** ***** (let your imagination run) crashed his motor into my bike, he was doing 80kph on a road with only allows bicycles.

Yup a big bloody bruise on my right arm, after the crash he crashed into a tree and broke his hand, he claimed that it was my fault and threw some bad words at me, I replied in the same way and left him there on the side of a almost deserted road with a broken hand. ah too bad

One on my leg from a motor-cycle crash. One on my head that nearly killed me wen I was a baby (my heart stoped). And....um....a few small ones on my 'thingy' from when I got 'the chop' if you know what I mean.

 

I have a big scar in my leg. I got when i was dirt biking in the woods. I was going something like 60kmh and i crashed in to a tree and the bike rolled over me and burned my leg bad. I couldnt walk for weeks... Oh the good old days =)

 

Hurmm...well i've got a few.
One major one just below my knee was from being run (literrally: run) over during a football mactch in lower school (13, maybe 14years old).
I was kicked to the ground, then ran over by the opposing team. Needless to say; I don't play football anymore.

I've got a load of cuts on my hand after some twat attacked me with a knife in school. Of course, he was let off after a week's suspension, but that didn't exactly stop him. Half the top of my hand is a maze of little slits and cuts (a good year old now).

Um.. oh yeah, and i've got some scars up my right arm after I fell into a holly-bush during the Summer Holidays (which incidentally was my own fault).

I can't say i've got many *emotional* scars, but my ex girlfriend managed to cut me across my left forearm with her nails a few times.
Self-inflictions have happened, but it's something i've got in my past.

 

Why do all these guys have scars from women scratching them? Do you people know some really violent women, or what. I mean, I've punched boyfriends a few times, but it was on the arm and I highly doubt it did any real damage...
