    Hint: They are one of the most famous bands of british hard rock during 70s and they are considered to be the first who introduced the epic element to hard rock. Their name is taken from a character from Charles Dickens' "David Copperfield". This song is included in their 1973 LP.

    Splunge, "Sweet Freedom" is the title of the LP, the title of the song is "Pilgrim".

    As for yours, it's "This flight tonight" by Nazareth but I have the impression that Nazareth's version must be a cover and the original belongs to someone else.

    Anyway, onto my lyrics. I was indeed thinking of Nazareth, but you're right - I'd forgotten that their's was a cover version. The original was by Joni Mitchell.
