    @ casey:
    It was just an example. I don't like dualling. I'm more of a Multiclass person. Right now I have this fighter/mage/thief char, but she seems to advance too slowly (even when playing with 1 NPC), so I decided to start a new game with multi thief/mage.

    When I first saw the tittle of the post I couldn't believe it. To me is just a retorical question. How can you compare this? But maybe is just me. I don't like multiclassing nor dualclassing. And even if I could, I will not dual my sorcerer to anything else. To me he seems the supreme power, and his versatility comes from the spell picking of every single player. He's only drawback is his slow progress, but in a balanced party that shouldn't be a problem.
    @Scythesong Immortal: a simple protection from magic weapons will give me enough time to practice all the strategies that comes to my sick mind on your patethic little Blade.
    The way I play with the Sorcerer, I can't lose.

    Hyperion:
    Actually you can, Give the Blade a cloak of mirrioring, Invisibility, Spell Immunity:Divination for the True Sight spells, Spell Immunity:Conjuration for the symbol spells
    Spell Immunity:Enchantment for the fear and things like that, and basically every spell Immunity there is and the Blades protections will last long enough to kill the Sorcerer at leisure.

    No, no, no. Not me. Him and Scythe, Scythe know Blades better then me and probably better then anyone by looking at his 20+ page guide (I never thought it was possible to do so much on a single Class ;) that would be interesting :roll:

    BTW Scythe I forgot to say good job on bringing a extremely overlooked class onto the map, or whoever it was :thumb:

    @casey
    Thanks, though I don't deserve all the credit. ;)
    I'm actually working on a Bard Guide btw, and I'm planning to incorporate every guide I've made into it. The Blade guide wasn't exactly my best, but I'm fixing it up thanks to Chris.

    @Hyperion
    Put your Sorcerer in the same room with the Unholy Eclipse, and I really doubt he'll fare better than the C/M.
    The Sorcerer isn't versatile (at least from the general sense).
    You may not like multi or dual-classing too much but please, try one before you pick that word to describe the Sorcerer.
    The Sorcerer will only be a spellcaster, nothing more. An extremely powerful spellcaster at that, and a very deadly one.

    I just made a new topic for All the Classes VS Bards. It's addressed to no one in particular, just something to spice up the forums a bit. :)

    The best thing a Cleric/Mage has going for her is that cleric spells are affected by things like the Robe of Vecna and the spell sequencer.

    That really helps the combo out!
