A cane I never took back to A+E that's too short for me, an Indiana Jones hat and an old coke bottle we found behind the wall whilst we were doing up the house.

A tuna sized tin of unidentified food that was given to me in University. The label was replaced with plain white paper with teh words "Big Ass Ham" written in black marker on it. I dare not open it as it's about 13 years old now...

I have a cat skull I found in the woods many years ago. The bottom of the jaw is missing, sadly, but most of the teeth stayed in. It has aged into a warm yellowish color.

I discovered that I still have a tiny bird skull that one of my long-deceased cats brought me for a gift one day. He also brought me a crow but I didn't keep that because it was still alive when he brought it in the window.

My buddy has a bottle of Vietnamese whiskey that has a dead scorpion and a cobra in it... similar to this...his dad got it for him during a trip to Vietnam...and it's the weirdest thing I've ever seen. Even though is has a dead snake in it, he tried some...and said it was the worst tasting whiskey he'd ever had. :skeptic: :rolling:

From Mexico I have a little show box with a skeleoton being treated by a skeleton dentist with a third skeleton watching. It's really quite weird. But not nearly as weird as a larger display, showing two loving clay skeletons, sharing a bed. I got both from my ex-girlfriend.

Actually skeletons are a very common icon used in Mexico. Their Dia de los Muertes (Day of the Dead) festival is very beautiful. I have one of those small sugar skulls that they make at that time of the year.

 What? The scorpion and the cobra, or the whiskey ;)

And now, so that I stay relatively on topic, I found my little mice again when I sorted through my box of books to keep or donate. I had to move the little guys to a safer location because I was worried that my husband would make me get rid of them. Honestly, I couldn't bear to lose them, and I have absolutely no idea why I'm so attached to the desiccated little things.

oooh nice - I have a human tooth collection of my own, all of the teeth are from other people though (my parents didn't have foresight to keep my ones). Before I get any odd looks, my dental school requires us to collect em and turn them into little models that we can drill 'n fill a bit later (though that's not to say I wouldn't be collecting anyway).
