I like Summon Planetar and Summon Greater Elemental. Planetar is the best.

I got Dragons Breath and forgot to use it. I wanted to see the effects. Oh well, next game.

Thanks for clearing that up Janus, yes I was referring to project image. I know that dragon's breath negates magic resistance (most creatures in ToB have at least some fire resistance). Never tried it with Greater Malison though. I'll give that a shot and see if I like the results.

    [IMG] @Jack Funk:

please note that i originally referred to level 10 HLA spells, not level 7 druid HLA spells.

    Thanks.

My apologies. The topic line says best HLA Spell and the post is more specific.

    Energy Blades all the way.

Damage EVERYBODY, spell disruption, fast attack rate, magic and physical damage -

Demogorgon dead in 20/9+1+20/9 = approx. 6 rounds. Two sets of blades is enough to kill it...

Mod, is that with a fighter/mage? In my experience energy blades rarely hit.

They are enchanted +10 THACO, so you figure out if they hit or miss.

And you don't need to have a Fighter/Mage.

It can be single, multi or dualclassed Druid, Cleric or Mage.

In my later TOB games all my 9th level slots for Mages and 7th level slots for Clerics/Druids were filled with Energy Blades. EBs alone can make Aerie(!) a powerful character - she can eventually cast at least 5 sets of Blades!
