    No, Ringworld is more recent.

    There's this game that was so bad it killed its parent company Interstel. I think it was Star Fleet 2. It's the only game I can think of that fits the bill (though I'm not sure it's 1989... checking... yep it is)

    Interstel is the correct company, but you're wrong about the name. Star Fleet 2 never existed (Star Fleet was another Interstel game that was about a war with the Zaldorn).

    I'll give you credit for Starflight 2, though. Your turn Ziad.

    This one is a rather new one. I don't know if the quote goes exactly like this but it should be close enough for people who recognize it to know from which game it is.

    I do recognize the quote, but I can't recognize the game :(

    And I don't think it's any of the C&Cs. IIRC the game does not have Einstein in it.

    EDIT: This is interesting. It seems that this was an actual quote before making it into any game. See the next to last paragraph.

    That article actually gives quite a good tip for the game it is in. And no it's not Red Alert nor C&C Generals. It is said by a Chinese guy in the game in question.
