    A strategy game with a Chinese guy...

    The only combination of these two that I can think of is Romance of the 3 Kingdoms, but I'm sure this is not it :shake:

    So... care to throw a few more hints our way? Better than it turning into a guess-the-strategy-game game.

    I'm actually surprised this is proving out to be this difficult. The game in question is a very famous turn based strategy. This ought to be enough. ;)

    Yup you got it Sparhawk. It comes with the Superstring Theory technology if I remember correctly and it's indeed chairman Cheng Chiang (or something similar) who says it. Anyway it's your turn.
