    Er, define 'cackles evilly' - is it an actual cackle (kinda like "eh-heh-heh-heh-heh" with a hint of of a screech to it)

    or is it more an 'evil belly laugh' (which gets transcribed often as "muah-hah-ha-ha-ha" etc. )

    But overall, I think the subset of set(games) that fit this criterion is a little broad - hint please. :)
