    Nope. The scene is meant to be comical as the guy is shaving his face with a very small and delicate women's razor.

    The director has a cameo at the beginning of the film - he tries to get on a bus but the door closes in his face...

    @DarkStrider, Before it was a TV series, it was a French movie by Luc Besson (the movie is a.k.a. Nikita in some region). Later on Bridget Fonda did a carbon-copy Hollywood version (Point of No Return a.k.a. The Assassin) of it.

    But well, at least I was close.
