    PS3 pricetag is too big for me but I'm not really an xbox person. I guess I'll wait maybe a year or so when the PS3 pricetag drops a bit, then get one.

    I'm gonna get it just for MP3: Corruption. I severely dislike Sony, and the Xbox is no better, though Morrowind was a fairly good console adaptation.

    I think the main problem with the PS3 is that they made it too advanced, if that makes any sense. For example, the BluRay function- it basically allows games to be HD. Sounds good, right? but if you want to take advantage of this function, you're going to have to spend another grand or so on a decent HD television. Add this onto the already riciculous pricetag (which I'm sure Sony is still losing money on), and it all becomes a bit much.

    Perhaps at the moment, but the prices will drop sharply once it becomes a standard. Besides, someone has to lead the way and it is a good thing that one of the bigger companies show interest too.

    To be truthful, I would pick none of them if I had an option to choose a decend, unpredicted competitor. Like Dreamcast. :D
