    Oh, thats a classic (have the betamax hehe) The Princess' Bride, right? not quite as memorable as the "you killed my father prepare to die" line but it sticks in your head because it sounds so... shakespeare?

    I would have classified the quote as a nice softball - a lot of people have seen the Princess Bride and the quote is fairly memorable. Anyway, I will go with something fairly easy from a somewhat classier source than my recent quotes.

    It is not from Dr Strangelove. Splunge is correct in that it is from a Marx Brothers film.

    It isn't A Day at the Races. As far as a hint goes, I think someone will probably get it by process of guessing all of the Marx Brothers films, but here are a couple anyway.

    It is one of the Marx Brothers' more famous films and it is generally considered to be one of their best - many people rank it #4 after Duck Soup, A Day at the Races and A Night at the Opera.

    The film stars the four well known Marx brothers - Groucho, Harpo, Chico and Zeppo.

    The film includes the classic Groucho song " I don't know what they have to say, it makes no difference anyway, whatever it is, I'm against it! No matter what it is or who commenced it, I'm against it!"
