    This may be a little tricky, but it was the last film I saw (on video).

    "I was born in peacetime... I haven't seen what you've seen..."

    I had a feeling this might be tricky.

    The film stars:

    Adrian Dunbar (also wrote the screenplay)
    Ned Beatty
    Tara Fitgerald
    James Nesbitt
    David McCallum

    And is loosly based on the true story of an Irish Tenor.

    The Irish tenor in question was hiding out in Ireland as he was on the run from England for Tax evasion. The name of the film is apparently one of his more famous songs.

    I should think if Cesard asks a member of his parents generation he should be able to get it.
