    The doc says I'm underweight now, so I need to gain some of those 35 pounds back I lost over the past 6 months. So tonight, I ate an entire 7 piece family meal from KFC in one sitting. :yum:

    There is plenty of advice as to how you lose weight: Don't eat junk food, don't drink alcohol, get plenty of exercise, don't drink sugared drinks and don't eat fatty food.

    To gain weight, you just do the opposite! ;)

    Or you could do what De Niro did for Raging Bull and spend two months eating your way through France and Italy. De Niro gained 60 pounds that way so one month should be enough for 30 pounds.
