One question, why is it that Jackson always takes kids from families with questionable backgrounds to his bedroom?

It could be that Jackson is just trying to help out those that have had a difficult life, or it could be a bit of protection if he is accused.

Also, no one has mentioned that Jackson has paid hush money in the past. If he has nothing to hide he would not be paying people for their silence.

Finally, you are ASSUMED innocent until proven guilty. As there was a reasonable doubt, he is assumed to be innocent, it doesn't mean that he is. He slept with a 12-year-old boy who he is not related to for 321 consecutive nights. Something is wrong there. Where there is smoke...

Now the questions are:

Will this create a new defense strategy and set precedents that enable others to get away with this crime?

and

Would you let your child have a sleep over alone with Wacko?

 

Even though he is entitled 'innocent', 'good' parents would never let their children sleep at WJ's house, just to be safe. WJ clearly has issues...

He also takes kids form families were there are no father figures. And SO WHAT if the family has questionable background? And SO WHAT is the mother filed a lawsuit against JCPenny? (not entirely directed at you, Darkwolf since I've mentioned more than what was in your question) Jsut because there is something "fishy" does that make the kid a liar and make it seem it didn't happen? Jackson's patterns of going after kids who have troubled backgrounds and no father figure is typical behavior of a pedaphile.
And let's not forget that Jackson paid the previous accuser $20 million. Who pays that kind of money if they are innocent.
I've been listening to interviews with the jury. It seems some of them think Jackson was guilty. But they said the prosecution didn't prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Jackson was guilty.
The part that I am pissed about is that it seemed in this case, no one believed the child. I am pissed that Jackson will do it again. He's not going to stop "loving" children. I guess the only saving grace for me is that at some point, some DA is going to get it right and Jackson will eventually go to jail.
On a lighter note, if Jackson was convicted he was going to be placed in a prison's isolation wing along with other "celebraty" convicts like Manson. Could you just imagine that dinner table?

 

Not to be disappointed: Bill O'Reilly was crying about MJ getting off. Oh yes, Mr. Pervert himself crying about what a pervert MJ is. He's even crying over how MJ bought his way out of trouble. Does this guy have any shame? How much did he pay his ex-employee to keep quiet? I wish I could remember now. Fox is hilarious! Bill should be on Comedy Central. What was his line about the "absurd" in America?

 

I am utterly convinced that Jackson is a pedophile, what I am not convinced about is whether he has committed any "rougher" abuse.

Jackon's entire rhetoric and attitude is identical to one of the three kinds of pedophiles I have became familiar with in my work. The identification of himself as a child, the trouble to relate to adults, the view of himself as a protector of the children is all identical to several pedophiles we have locked up at the place I work. These men dont "rape" and "abuse", they sweet talk and cajole, buy and beg and is more oftne as not as taken advantage of by their victims as they take advantage of them. These pedophiles see it as love, their victims see it as a relation worth exploiting and the rest of society we see it as abuse.

the way you define it I have to agree. Jacko shouldn't be around where kids are, but he desperately needs a therapy.

 

Did I also mention some of the following evidence?
1-Porn was found in Jackson's home that had both Jackson's AND the accuser's fingerprints on the same pages.
2-I believe there was jars of vaseline wiht both sets of fingerprints on it.
3-They found photography books that depicted young boys posing in the nude. These books were supposedly of the "artistic" type. YOu know, kinda like that sicko woman who takes pictures of babies in flower pots, etc.

 

I've never understood why he wasn't prosecuted for the child-over-balcony incident. Doesn't that constitute reckless endangerment or some such?

I mean, gee, I just held my child over a friggin' balcony. Good thing my grip didn't slip, or kiddie would've become a nice red paste.
