I don't know ... women win any contest that they actually want to win. It's a matter of will. I'll back Blades, because he'll need all the help he can get if she's determined. Go Blades! ;)

    Thanks Gaear!:)

Met the wife for lunch today, she is off. Went to Granite City, a nice place to eat. Got a tasty, Asian chicken salad, the wife got a buffalo chicken salad. She didn't realize when ordering that chicken was fried 1st. Hehehehehe.....;) One step closer to the win!:D

I tried to do another program but ended up quitting on the first week in early June. Than I tried to start that program up again and failed for the 2nd straight week. I took a full week off after than and last Monday I started P90 up again. I'm on day 10 today.

A few things I noticed compared to my first time doing P90. I can easily do all the exercise. I still am winded by the end but not winded in the first 10 minutes into the exercise. I'm able to complete all the workouts, this includes the 7-7-7 pushups, which I still had trouble with at the end of my first 90 day session. I guess the 3 weeks hiatus from P90 allowed my body to recover, etc... My goal this time around is to lose 10-15 by the end of the 90 days. After day 30 my goal is to concentrate and improve upon what I'm eating daily. My breakfast and lunch on most days are great; it is the snack and my dinner that I need to work on. Hopefully by day 90 I will have my eating habit straightened out along with exercising for about 45-60 minutes a day. So far in one week I have not lost a pound.

I'm still doing P90X, and I'm nearly through the enitre program, seeing as how I started in the first week of April. My performance regarding all of the workouts have improved.

    Munchkin,

Regarding taking some time off from working out. Most workout programs recommend about every six months to just do nothing for about a week, so I'm not surprised that you said it was easier after some time off. (I don't know if you necessarily needed 3 weeks, but an occassional break from working out does give the body a chance to recover.)

After I completed P90 I tried to do Slim in 6 for 2 week but just couldn't get into that program. So I took a week off and than started P90 up last week on Monday. I only had one full week off from exercising.
