And now we all know that Coin is Chaotic Good. :)

Me, I find that, as tempting as Chaos is, I'm more Lawful Good. The ends don't justify the means, and doing something good through bad methods is bad. What these people are doing is bad, even if their aims are good. Like I said, at best they're vigilantes. Because they don't like the decision that the courts of law (international) have reached, they're going to take that law into their own hands.

coin and Boo stand ready. Butt-kicking for neutrality!

[IMG] Boo says: coin is no Minsc!
Since I care for nature, and find it inherently valuable (so not just for its usefulness by mankind), I prefer to see myself as some sort of druid. Which means I'm missing the neutral element.
I checked the (broken) link on Thoreau, and I don't believe in always opposing government or laws. I'm more socialist than anarchist, which means that I support a strong government which dictates to the people when individual self-interest conflicts with the good of the whole. An example:
If the government were to ban powerful computer processors to conserve energy, then I'd be forced to comply. Companies would start making lower speed processors to accomodate the market, and then PC games would be developed which are less demanding on the PC. I would support the ban.:)
Without the ban, I've still got a high-end PC, which uses a lot of energy. I have no motivation to get a slower one, even though I know it would be good for the environment.

On the issue of whaling, I want a strong international body (strengthen the IWC?) to dictate and enforce the whaling moratorium in whale sanctuaries.
