[IMG] Doesn't seem to be much going on, so resurect an old thread why don't we.

I won't bother to agree with most of whats been said before, but a few others need mentioning.

VERY diappointing to only see one mention of "The Usual Suspects" It is fantastic, one of the absolute best.

    Totally neglected as well:

"Trainspotting" - Funnier than funny. Accent can be a bit tricky, but give it a go, you will not be sorry.

Can't go wrong with the "Junglebook" (Disney version) either. My fave cartoon feature film. Greatest sing-along ever when we had it as part of an all-nighter at uni with about 500 students.

For more sobering stuff, "The Killing Fields" and "Midnight Express". Strong stuff.

I'm not a movie maniac but some of my favourites are

The Coocoo's Nest (Jack Nicholson is the
    best)
A few good men ( Love the final court scene)
    As good as it gets
The Exorcist (not that good as a horror
film for me but a great movie
    in general)

If I must, let's say my ace of aces is Ben Hur.
Why? It simply points out my motto "everything pays back", except it doesn't count for Jesus.

OK, there are more good movies, but this is not the place to write my biography, so last one I watched a few days ago and liked is 4th floor.

I just saw Swingers the other night, for the first time. It was 'money' to say the least.

    The Jerk was great.

I've never seen the TV show, but I was impressed by Charlie's Angels. Nothing profound, but it was entertaining.

Any Given Sunday was pretty damn good.

Has anyone seen Freddie Got Fingered yet? Very, um... DISTURBING.

Would anyone believe that I have yet to watch a Star Wars movie?

Someone nailed most of the good Clint movies, someone else got most of the Jack movies. What about Tombstone and the Unforgiven. Or the Shootist, True Grit, Winchester '74, the Man Who Shot Liberty Valance and one of the greatest westerns; the original Lonesome Dove mini series.

The most recent great movie I've seen is Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon.
