    1- Planescape Torment
    2- Betrayal at Krondor
    3- Civilization II
    4- Gabriel Knight
    5- Grim Fandango
    6- Monkey Island2
    7- Baldur's Gate II
    8- Command&Conquer
    9- Fallout2
    10- Gabriel Knight 3

I probably forgot something but this is the list for now. Not very difficult to notice the two obvious facts. I hate 3d shooters and most real time strategies (after c&c they have been just the same game with different units), and I love adventure and roleplaying games. ;)

EDIT: Damn, civilization definently has a spot on my list. Had to drop fantasy general to make room for it. :(

Based purely on time spent on a game...otherwise it seems imposible to decide.

    1)Roguelikes - variants of Angband...

    ...then in no particular order...

Master of Orion - best space strategy ever created.

Master of Magic - even better, fantasy strategy, unfortunately there were too many bugs in the first version...

XCOM 1-3 - one of the most fun games I ever played.

Prince of Persia + Pirates - many years ago...but I can't even count hours I spent on them...

Panzer General + Fantasy General - simple controls, superb playability...the latter one is nearly as good as MoM.

Exile 1-3 \ Avernum 1-3 - by Spiderweb, although shareware, without great graphics, one of the best CRPGs ever created.

BG1 - in my opinion much better then BG2(+ToB).
One of the few games that I really like to play again from time to time.

Ah, yeah, the lack of a pause feature can be a PITA, but hey, I grew up on RTSes as well as TBSes, so it's not too bad.

What I like most about the real time battles is that large fleet actions (180+ ships on each side) no longer take literally hours, as they could in MOO2. You can actually cap the amount of time any battle can take, too, which is very nice.
