Perdido Street Station - China Miéville

Just started reading it, got the first 6 chapters read. So far it is a pretty good book, and the way it's going it is only going to get better. Might have to read The Scar next, and look into King Rat.

"The book of Jhereg" by Steven Brust, it is a collection of the first novels about Vlad Taltos. It is quite good, I have read the first and started on the other one. Brust seems to have a very well developed world but he doesnt really tell us much about it, it is just there when he needs if you know what I mean.

Baezlebub recommended that I try Cornwell's "The Winter King", followed by "The Enemy of God" and "Excalibur". It's a pseudo-historical account of Arthur.

    So far so good.

A Philosophy Now magazine before I start another book. Probably one of Tom Clancy's non-fiction ones my dad just got.

Currently reading The Glass Prison (FR novel) by Monte Cook. Nothing special thus far (half-way through), but it's interesting as one of the main characters is a cambion (half-tanar'ri). There's also a nice story about Demogorgon in it. All in all, any fans of the Abyss should find this one worth reading.

I'm reading the novelized BG2: SoA.
These books based on the games are pretty bad. I'm mostly just waiting for the release of the paperback edition of The Lone Drow.

Just finished Dream Spheres by Cunningham. Of the 5 books of the Song and Swords quintet, this one I liked the least -- the ending just sort of fell flat....but overall a great series! Elaith absolutely rocks! :D
