It should be put to sleep. (sorry dog lovers) Animals in that extreme condition should be put out of their misery.

(Although, this could be classified as such, as it is a result of repetative inbreeding. Either way, it is a humans fault.)

@biffle chump - Where does it say this 'look' is a result of inbreeding? And when did dogs (or any animal) start getting *all* their breeding directed by humans? Just because this is a Chinese Crested doesn't mean it's actually a purebred Chinese Crested. I suppose this is more for the 'Direct your vomit at the humans!' remark than anything. So, keep your vomit to yourself and off me.

Am I the only person who suspects this dog survived some sort of fire? Which explains the skin condition but not the teeth.

 

My friend, the Lloydberg, actually had a dog that bore a shocking resemblance to the dog in question. And, I assume, that since his dog had a skin condition and malformed teeth and the like, due to inbreeding, that this one must be also the result. Now, my friend's dog was in no way as bad as this one, it did have leathery skin, was nearly bald, and had very bad teeth. This dog looks the same, only to a worse degree. A lot worse.

And, if there is an ugly dog contest, then there certainly are people who are going to capitalize on that.

Although, the fire comment does make sense, except for the teeth.
