    Avenger sux! Druids and Clerics are nice but the Avenger suxx0rz my nutz0rz!!
    The Bard is one of the most powerful classes. Especially the Blade and the Skald (from scandinavia, woohoo! :D ). Seriously, Haer'Dalis and my Skald could take Firkraag and the other, unspellable dragon alone. Just sing with the Skald and cast a little lower resistance and breach/pierce magic and do offensive spin and just kill the bastards :D

    The monk is VERY powerful. Almost as "overpowered" as the Kensai. You can take a Dragon alone with your high dmg and MR.

    The Skald song is powerful indeed, but the Improved Bard's Song (and it doesn't take that long to get it) is to the Skald one as Jimmy Page is to Christina Aguilera. And it doesn't ask you to sacrifice your pickpocketing (one of the main reasons to get a Bard)

    Avengers, Beast Masters and Wizard Slayers. Totaly! They suck!

    Ghee... the bards are one of the most powerful class in the game! Especially the Skald and the Blade. The Skalds battlesong is just too good to be true, and the Blade is a goddamn good fighter! Especially with the Use Any Items in ToB.

    Stop bashing kits ffs.
    I soloed both the Avenger & Wizardslayer, so they are not horrible kits.

    Not everything has to be uberpowerful to be able to enjoy it...

    As for Bards being a good class, I tend to disagree (for powerplaying that is). The Blade is just a lesser fighter, and the Skald is the best Bard kit in the Game, also very fun to play with.

    The Blade is more like an "Improved Fighter/Mage" multi-class. I mean, Haer'Dalis could take both Keldorn with Carsomyr and Valygar with Celestial & Corthala Family Blade in 1 on 2 combat; so the Blade is totaly a great alternative for a fighter. Especially with ToB high lvl abilitys. Then you'll get a very different spellcasting fighter. And the Blades "offensive spin" is a better version of the Kensai's Kai (Maximum Dmg(!)). The only thing is that they can't specialize in weapons....

    Haer Dalis is a weak excuse for a fighter. Korgan, Keldorn or even Valygar would mop up the floor with up. And his mage abilities... eh you could take Imoen over that, even her would be a better mage.

    No disrespect to Haer Dalis, Ive had him in my party and I liked him very much, but dont overrate him.

    ArchAngel - Nah, Keldorn had Holy Avenger +5, Full Plate Male +1(or was it Firecam armor? Can't remember..), Helm of Balduran, Boots of speed...
    Valygar had Celestial Fury and Corthala Family Blade, Corthala Family Armor, Ring of Protection +2, Cloak of the Sewers... Can't remember anymore...
    Well, anyway, all three had good items and noone was "preparing" before I attacked them (oh, well, Haer'Dalis had the first attack, sry...).
