I'm not sure how enjoyable fighting with swords and other weapons of choice would be. A gun is quick, the wound small and death is very quick depending on where one is shot.

A gun can't cut off your leg or slice a 6 inch wound that runs down your shoulder to your thigh.

By the time you die from any such wound caused by a sword, the pain you would feel would be horrific and if you don't die then on the battle field, you'd most likely die days after from disease caused by such a wound.

Other methods of battle, such as burning tar or oil, then being set on fire is not my slice of cake for war, but then neither is any type of war. The weapons we have created today may cause more mass destruction, but at least it comes quick (like an atomic bomb) or the wound is small (like a bullet, if it doesn't hit a vital area within).

Herf...out of interest, is there any difference between goths and greebos? Cos one of me friends say yes and another says no...

 

goths get together and do spells, some people like to dress up but no-one i know does, greebos are basically just poeple who like to try spells from time to time

It would be neat to see how heroic we would be with a short sword protruding from our gullet as we lay slowly bleeding in the field of battle as a mob of enemy soldiers charge over the hill with spears and implements of torture. How many of us would tell our companions to just run and save themselves?

Herf y'see why i'm asking is because, my ex girlfriend dumped my for a greebo...and his best mate is a goth and they both started on me and that has sought of given me a bad impression of them...i'm no goth/greebo hater or anything, i just want to understand them better etc. which might result in them doing certain actions...anyways, these kids (their 2 years younger than me) are the type that think that they are hard and their trying to pick a fight with me...thing is is that because they have done me a world of hurt pyscologically, i'm willing to give them a beating or 2! I just don't want to bear any grudges with you incase you get offended because there might be a comradeship amongst all greebos or goths...I mean, don't get mad at me when i kick their fucking sorry asses! I see them as pricks and not goths etc.

 

You really need to cheer up, sniper. A piece of advice: done is done. So what if you kick their asses? It isn't gonna change anything. It won't revive your social life. Kick their asses because you want to, not because you want to 'get back' at them.

If you want to pick a fight with them, it's easy. They're aggressive right?

Knock into them or spill water on them and look less than apologetic. They'll end up looking like they started a fight over something small.

I hope you know how to fight though. Also, look at other implications such as retaliation on their part.

Yeah i know how to fight...I'm trained in Taikwondo. And yes i can defeat them...also, i have recieved news from afar that me ex dumped that little punk...reason unkown...but later she apologised to me or something like that...Still i know that these kids are still gonna bother me and its only going to be a matter of days at most...

Out of interest, is doing 50 pullups per session in the weights room any good for training up the arm muscles? Considering i do roughly 100 a week...maybe alittle more as i did 102 this week...Oh and we do have our barging each other things but thats during lesson time where we don't get the opportunity to have a bit of rough and tumble as those teachers are on the look out...must wait till lunch! Or and those kids are only strong when they are together...alone and they don't dare touch you...what wimps...Thing is, they are the "I am hard but only when i'm with mates" types... Still, i think i should be able to handle them with relative ease...

Ah the life of a teenage girl, so unpredictable.

Try 5 years and breaking up with someone, especially after finding out your best friend was sleeping with your girlfriend for 3 of those years behind your back.

1 month is nothing compared to some of the crap both girls and guys are capable of doing to another person without even thinking of the pain and suffering the ones they hurt will go through.

Wasn't me but a good friend of mine who broke the news to our social circle of friends in August and is by far, a shocking slap in the face to everyone involved.
