Yet another boneheaded move by TNA:

The suggestion dropped at the end of the last Impact that Scott Hall would be Sting's partner for the PPV...

So it's Stink and Snot Ball against Kevin Trash and Squirt Angle in the Main event. Like I'd pay for that one...

 

Hall isn't Stink's partner, fortunately. "I'm not Stink's partner. Never happened, never will" was Hall's official quote.

Stink's mystery partner is Booker T. I hope they drop the monarchy gimmick, it's plain stupid.

But back to impact. Can we PLEASE have an episode of impact that won't open with Angle's music? I'm seriously tired of this idiot, his whore and their shenigans eating way too much TV time that could be given to the X-Division.

Speaking of the X-Division, am I the only one who finds the 3D vs the X-Division angle stupid and utterly boring? Now we get to suffer 3D vs the MCMG at Genesis.

And speaking of the X-Division, I cannot NOT mention the STUPID decision of granting an X-Title match to THE HIPPIE DUTT. WHAT THE F***, TNA?!? What has this IDIOT done to deserve a shot?!? When the rumors told it was gonna be Skipper vs Black Moronic, I said DAMN, maybe we'll have a TRUE champ, but NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, TNA denies us that and grants a shot to the MORONIC HIPPIE! ARGHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!

And another thing that's litteraly ticking me off - LAX are gonna be managed by - dig THAT - Ariel.

Back in her Extremely Crappy Wrestling days, I admit I liked her. A dark beauty - now that was nice. However, for some obscure reason, she felt the need to shoot a pr0n movie. I lost all respect I had for her.

Now back to LAX. Those guys don't need a new manager, and especially NOT Ariel.

And as for the Woman's Division, TNA brought in some new blood that makes me like this division a little bit more... Roxxi Laveaux made a heel turn with VKM (which is GREAT), plus, TNA landed themselves ODB, which could pretty much be summed up as a female version of Stone Cold, and Rain (the President of the Robert Roode fan club - you certainly saw her on impact), which is gonna be paired with Roode pretty soon - the rubber bumpers is about to make a face turn, so they'll pair Roode with Rain.

To sum it up, despite a couple of good moves, TNA are on the same path than WCW. It's but a matter of time until everything crumbles down.

I'll go ya one better--Can we have an episode of Impact with out the Olympic whiner at all? He's even lying about being the only Olympic Gold medal winning wrestler in wrestling history. Kosro Vasiri, aka the Iron Shiek, won gold for Iran in the 1972 Olympics in Munich, but you never hear that in WWE...

I'd like to give the Duddley Boyz (Still ECW in my heart) the benefit of the doubt and say that they are giving younger teams the opportunity that they never got--to gain legitimacy from an established team. I mean, When did the Duddley Boyz get to face the Road Warriors? The Steiners (certainly not when they were relevent)? The Outsiders? Or any other great tag team that came before them? They had to make their name against their contemporaries, like NAO, the Hardyz, APA and Edge and Christian. By fighting TNA teams, they give this legitimacy to TNA teams (until TNA screws up and breaks them up like AMW).

I'm wondering if Daniels isn't fed up and thinking about leaving TNA. If people in the X division are upset, then finding quality means you'd be looking on Smackdown...

LAX and Aeriel? Bad fit--even before the porno. LAX worked well with Konan, and Aeriel would work with a freak show team (Give Russo something to work on)...

I still haven't gotten much of a look at the new women's division. If ODB is who you say she is, then that would make things interesting...

And Gnarff... I'm afraid one impact without the olympic whiner isn't gonna happen. He got a hand from Tomko & Styles during the match at Genesis. Once again, another episode of impact will open with his f****** music. Oh, and guess what? Tomko, Styles and the Olympic whiner are forming the "Angle Alliance". Sounds like the end of the Coalition to me - and that's NOT good. Cage said that Cage vs Styles likely would happen down the line - maybe this is the time.

Snot Ball and Kevin Trash also are reforming the Outsiders.

 

The return of the Outsiders might not be totally bad. If it means that up and coming tag teams get some legitimacy by fighting one of the top teams of the 90's, then it's not that bad.

Chris Jericho was on Off the Record today, and will be again tomorrow. It was hinted that he will be asked about a return to Wrestling on tomorrow's episode.

 

From the promo on tonight's Smackdown, Y2J seems set to make an appearance on Raw this Monday. Y2J fits on Raw, the only question remains is will WWE waste some serious talent? The answer is yes... they waste all talent: Kennedy, Hardy, Daivari...

Also, it seems that WWE might be resurrecting the lesbian angle for Mickie James. Her kissing Layla says everything. Do us a favor... don't bring back that lesbian angle. Some horny idiots out there might find it hot... but last time I checked, this is supposed to be "wrestling". Want some action? Get the Playboy channel ,a bottle of peanut oil and a box of tissues.

And TNA are far from immune to that stupidity. They reportedly refused a meeting with Sabu, here's the official quote:

They have all the components for a Hardcore Division - Judas Mesias, Black Reign, Raven, Rellik, Abyss, Rhino... add Sabu to the mix, and you've got a hell of a lot of violent, hardcore matches. Remember Sabu and Abyss in a barbed wire match? F****** insane. Or the good number of those crazy Raven's House of Fun and Clockwork Orange matches? Or Judas Mesias' debut? Or the unbelievable number of insane beatings Abyss took?

Good news is that Abyss has been welcomed to the creative department. With a little luck, he'll bring a little more hardcore wrestling and screw storylines. Hopefully.

And speaking of TNA, they're touring a couple of places in Canada this December. To my own surprise, they're stopping in Quebec City... I'm getting my ticket tomorrow. Unfortunately, the freaking Olympic whiner will be there. Gah, man, I'm so sick of Kurt Angle.

And yes, LAX and Ariel are a bad mix. I'm not quite sure where TNA are going with this storyline (my guess is nowhere). LAX sure as hell don't need a manager... and certainly not Ariel. Too bad Konnan's gone - he kept things interesting.

I'm also sick and tired of Gail Kim and the damn woman's division. Every week on impact, Amazing Kong obliterates a female wrestler. Big deal. Just you watch, it's gonna be the same old s***: they'll hype Kong, only to get her to job to Kim to push her. It was bad enough that she retained at Genesis - Roxxi should be the Champ, DAMMIT. ODB went wild and slapping the asses of all the other three. Whatever.

Bah, thankfully there's still MMA and Japanese wrestling to save us.

*EDIT* I got my ticket... I have one of the best seats there is - I'm in the middle of the third row in the V.I.P section. Hehe... this is gonna be a SWEET show!

 

So not only do they clog the prime spots with Squirt Angle, Kevin Trash, Snot Ball, Stink, Hooker B, Rikishi Fat-ass and Tyson Tonka, they now pass on the one guy that fits with what they want to do in Sabu?

 

Gnarff, TNA will also be stopping in Oshawa on December 30th. I don't know how far that is from where you live, but it could be your chance to catch TNA live. Tickets go on sale November 22th.

And yes, passing on Sabu was a stupid decision.

Last night's iMPACT sucked.

Okay, the "Angle Family Dinner" segments were "somewhat funny" - like Black Reign dropping Misty in the plate full of peas (later Misty standing on Reign's head), Storm and Young having a drinking contest (yet again), or Kong eating fake fruits... but the Turkey Bowl? That was stupid - the Turkey suit idea is one of the dumbest things I ever heard in my entire life.

The matches were not so bad, except the stupid "Knockouts" match. I've said it before and I'll say it again - the Woman's division SUCKS.

I also want to point out the Black Moronic/SoCal Val angle. I hope she's not really falling in love with that moron, otherwise get the C12 and blow the creative department to shreds.

With luck, the TNA show I'm seeing live won't suck as bad... if it does, well, I can think of many other ways I could have spent $35.

And I also have to point how POed I am that the Hell in a Cell match at Survivor Series was DESTROYED by that F****** MORON EDGE. Edge... I like you, man. But you've screwed us out of a freaking CLASSIC.

This IDIOT comes out of nowhere, and just because the General Bitch of Smackdown is "the love of his live" ( ), he gets a FREAKING TITLE SHOT NEXT WEEK.

Fortunately, there's no rest for the Deadman - he didn't took too lightly being screwed out of his title... and the Master of Mind games is at it once again - the General B**** is Edge's "gf"? Let the psychological warfare begin - the Deadman TOMBSTONED the General B****.

The Deadman's gonna make you pay, Edge. I have a feeling Kane will be lurking around the corner too...

 

I think that the wellness program is not working--either that or they should extend drug testing to the creative team. But in the name of realism, it shouldn't have been Edge kissing Vicky Guerrero, but Vince McMahon's ass...

AS for TNA, I'm not sold on this ODB. What's that stand for anyway? One D***ed-up Boobjob? And the flask has to be empty, because there's no way there would be enough liquid of any kind to accommodate the way she was slugging from it...

Meanwhile, The Turkey bowl would have been fine if they made Cornette wear the suit for the mess he's made of the company in the time he's been there. The Angle feast was funny, meaning there's some real talent there, but the management and writers need to get fired...

 

Actually, ODB stands for One Dirty B****. I too wasn't exactly keen about her at first, but she's got potential. If TNA does not waste her, she definitively is in line to be the next Woman's Champ. And I've seen her do plenty of Stone Cold-esque Beer bashes, so a full flask of spirits is nothing to her.

Speaking of empty, that reminds me of an UFC episode... the guy was sponsored by Xyience (one damn good drink, let me tell ya), and after the match, he was holding a can of Cran/Razz Xyience. Okay, that's product placement, nothing wrong with that. The eyebrow-raiser was when the idiot started drinking from an unopened can. Brilliant. If I was sponsored by Xyience, you can be damn sure I'd be guzzling tons of the stuff, and not look stupid by drinking from an unopened can. Whatever.

Now, for Extremely Crappy Wrestling...II have to point out Thorn's change of look. What's with that? That new ring attire is ugly, and the short hair? He looks like Wayne Static with shorter hair. Never mind Shelton Benjamin ended up in Extremely Crappy Wrestling as a permanant part of the roster. Let's face it -- Extremely Crappy Wrestling is nothing but televised developmental territory.

Back to TNA, it should have been Russo with the turkey suit. But I agree that management and creative needs to be shot, pissed on, buried, pissed on, dug up, shot, pissed on, set on fire, buried and so on. Abyss and Borash have joined the creative department, from what I heard, so there's yet a small chance that we could be saved from the stupidity. Unfortunately, Russo is still the one that compiles the scripts...

And Squirt Angle... I can't stand this guy anymore. I'm tired of the shenigans eating valuable time that could be given to, oh, what about some good old fashioned pro wrestling?

Say what you want... the weekly PPV were the best TNA ever dished out. The path they're on will lead them to the fate that WCW suffered.

 

Y2J is getting a title at the WWE Championship at Armageddon. I'm jumping for joy at the possibility of finally being rid of Orton.

Finlay vs The Great Khali intrigues me.

HHH vs Hardy? Oh please.

Shawn Michaels vs Ken Kennedy? Stop jobbing Ken Kennedy already!!! This guy is the FUTURE.

The Woman's Champ match isn't even worth wasting space about.

 

Why do you say so? If Khali loses, it will continue the trend of him becoming more and more of a punching doll for propping up other wrestlers. If he wins, well, he will have defeated someone notably smaller than him.

And I guess that Ken Kennedy could, in theory at least, win. You seem quite interested in him... Do you think he's that good?

 

Short answer: Yes.

I like Kennedy's style. I like his loudmouth, cocky persona. And keep in mind that in his Smackdown days (the good old days... *sigh*), Kennedy defeated seven former World Champions... including The Undertaker. I don't know if you remember the Kennedy-Undertaker Last Ride match at Armageddon 2006... yeah, Kennedy lost, but he proved an awful lot to me. He put up quite a fight against 'Taker.

Kennedy was the fastest rising star in SmackDown history. Unfortunately, the &%+(+(&#@%+)(&#@(%&#@ DRAFT brought him to the talent graveyard (aka Monday Night Crap), and that's where things went downhill for Kennedy.

Kennedy is no longer on the awesome roll he used to be... but I firmly believe he WILL wear World Championship gold.

The smartest thing to do would be to return Kennedy home to SmackDown and resume his awesome roll.

The worst piece of crap ever remains a tie between McMahon's "death" and the search for his bastard, not Kennedy's massive winning streak.

Kennedy is a great heel, he's charismatic and talented. He has everything he need to reach superstardom and he WILL reach it.

There are a lot of things worst than Kennedy, let me tell you - Cena being the worst of them all. I can't stand this guy. He annoys me so bad that everytime he's on the screen, I want to kill myself. Fortunately, he's out until summer, and Monday Night Crap is a MUCH better place now that the idiot's out.

Hornswoggle. This little bastard looks like he's on speed. Not as annoying as Cena, but annoying enough to make me zap channels.

Santino Marella. This guy is a freaking joke. I wish he would have stayed IC Champ so we could have watched him getting beaten up by Umaga more often.

Carlito. Another freaking joke. This guy is a waste of airtime. Writing about this guy is a waste of space.

Mickie James. An overtly cheerful bimbo on speed. One of my wildest dream regarding this one would be for Beth Phoenix to take her out.

Cade & Murdoch. Oh come on. You can try copying AMW as much as you want, WWE, those two idiots are just laughable.

Candice Michelle - Playboy s*** and proud to be. Thankfully Beth Phoenix put her out and restored some credibility to the Woman's Championship.

Maria - I wouldn't even be surprised to know she's as dumb IRL as her character is. Annoying, but sometimes good for a chuckle.

The Highlanders. Those guys say they're tired of being considered a joke. WAKE UP AND SMELL THE COFFEE - YOU *ARE* A JOKE.

Shawn Michaels. As a part of DX, he's hilarious. As a singles wrestler, I can't stand the guy.

HHH - Same as Michaels, hilarious as part of DX, can't stand him as singles.

Torrie Wilson. She shouldn't wrestle because SHE CAN'T WRESTLE.

Michelle McCool. Used to be a gal I liked on SD, but since she returned, they've s****** her out.

Kenny Dykstra. This guy is totally laughable. No one takes that guy seriously after being a part of the Spirit Squad.

Ashley. Don't know where she is, and I prefer things this way. Another one who can't wrestle. Used to like her until the Playboy cover.

Morrison & The Miz. Two idiots who go along pretty damn well. I'm surprised they still fit inside an arena with those gigantic egos.

Elijah Burke. The "Guiding Light" which I hope burns out and does so soon.

Kelly Kelly & Layla. Two other bimbos who shouldn't wrestle because they CAN'T. Thank Satan Extreme Expose is nothing but a bad memory.

And TNA aren't immune to that. Squirt Angle. I never liked this guy. He's even worst now that he's a "heel". I'm tired of his shenigans eating airtime.

I could go on and on and on, but I'd put everyone here to sleep.

To sum it up, Ken Kennedy is the future. Period.
