    Easiest way is to "Go Advanced" then, copy the whole URL you want to reference in your clipboard and hit the "Insert link" icon (midway across the top, looks like a globe with a paperclip), then you paste the link into the pop-up box, hit enter, and it will now have the link in your text with part of it highlighted. You change the highlighted part to whatever you want to call the link.

    Hope you definitely get to feeling better. I knew someone in my World of Warcraft guild who did that Warrior Dash and out of curiosity, as he was making mention of it, I looked at their website and about passed out just imagining the crap y'all have to do in that. I'd be out for the count within the first 30 seconds - then again I'm as round as I am tall and have a nicotine problem lol. Plus, knowing my luck, were I to try and run, even without the aforementioned issues, I'd give myself a couple of black eyes just thanks to genetics in regards to my chest... so no thanks! :lol:
