Hm... From my experiences DMing and playing, (having played several of each class)- my favs:

    I- Sorcerers (flavorful, powerful)
II- Barbarians (wow, the RP capabilities)
III- Rogues (the skills are just plain fun to play with)
IV- Paladins (the Divine Grace is uncanny, and fun to RP)
V- Clerics (very dynamic [esp. w/faiths and pantheons])
VI- Druids (decidedly fun, powerful later on)
VII- Monks (early on, they're weak, but fun to RP)
VIII- Fighters (takes other aspects to make them fun)
IX- Wizards (dirty book carriers, just too limited comparatively)
X- Bards (There just aren't enough songs)
XI- Rangers (Fighters, even fighters, can be more dynamic)

Rangers can be exempt from their final spot IF the alternative Ranger style is used- as done by Monty.

I've been playing nonstop 3E since it came out- by far my favorite character was a Dwarven Barbarian/Ranger that duel wielded Battle- and Handaxes. RP wise, power wise, gobs of fun.

Ok, I'll jump on the bandwagon:

    I. Rogues (always have loved them - 1st ed. to 3rd)
    II. Rangers
    III. Fighters
    IV. Clerics

That's about it, never have liked to play spellcasters, but who knows now?

    1. Rangers
    2. Rouges
    3. Wizards
    4. Clerics
    5. Druids

I have always loved the Rangers dual-wielding and stealth abilities.

Rogues. You just can not go wrong with rogues. Rogues and Wizards.

My most hated classes? Sorcerers, Barbarians, and Monks. They have no place in D&D.
