Guards bar these doors. The only way through them is either to gain
permission from Erzalli Bardatto as part of the Quest called A
Sinking Feeling, or by fighting your way through them as part of
the Quest called A Bigger
Fish.
Captain Vilami will be here, unless he's participating in a battle as
part of the Quest A
Sinking Feeling, or the Quest called A
Bigger Fish.
There will be a confrontation here between Bardatto guards led by
Captain Vilami and Belda. You can either participate in it by helping
out the guards as part of the Quest A
Sinking Feeling, or helping Belda with the heist as part of the
Quest called A Bigger Fish.
The door here requires unlocking four locks, two on each side. They
each require a Mechanics skill check of 12 to unlock.
A window here can be used to escape if you helped Belda evade capture during the Quest called A Bigger Fish. It will take you near #11 in Queen's Berth.
A chest below the window has Erzali's Ledger, which can be useful for purposes of the Quest called Family Pride.
